XarSMART was established in 2023, following a question shared among the founding members: What more can we do to validate and accelerate the transfer of our researchers’ ideas?

Led by the Bellvitge Biomedical Research Institute (IDIBELL) with support from a team of renowned advisors and an industry board, we aim to increase the market value of Personalized Precision Medicine, digital health, and data science projects of our members.

And how we do it? Providing new tools for searching funds and valorization of ideas, promoting collaboration between different institutions and with the industry, contributing to the skills’ development of the network members and improving the translation of solutions to the National Health System.

In short, XarSMART works and promotes knowledge growth.
