Dr. Antonio Parente has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for most of his career. He has been a co-founder and has held executive positions in various companies in the sector, including GP Pharm, where he has served as President since 2010. Additionally, he has been Vice President of ASEBIO, Biocat, and CataloniaBio, the latter of which he also co-founded.

Neus Olea is the Deputy General Director of the Business Association of Hospitalet and Baix Llobregat, which represents 3,700 companies and 51,000 jobs. She is responsible for supporting entities in promoting innovation, internationalization, seeking public and private funding, and fostering business cooperation, with a focus on establishing alliances.

Jaume Amat

Founder & CEO Rob Surgical and Specipig

Jaume Amat has been in the world of business management since 2000. He was the founder of Bioemprèn, a consulting company from which he co-founded more than 10 companies. He has also co-founded and acts as General Manager of RobSurgical, focused on minimally invasive robotic surgery, and of Specipig, a porcine model preclinical CRO. Moreover, he has been President of CataloniaBio & HealthTech.

Fina Lladós

Executive Vice President of Amgen Iberia

Fina Lladós has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Since 2023, she has been the Executive Vice President of Amgen Iberia, a company she has been part of since 1999. Throughout her time there, she has held various positions of responsibility in R&D, as well as in the medical, commercial, and general management areas. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Farmaindustria and the American Chamber of Commerce and chairs the American Pharmaceutical Group (LAWG) in Spain.

Marta Palicio

Director of the R+D+i Department at Werfen

Marta Palicio has over 20 years of experience in biomedical and biotechnological research. She has worked at companies such as Oryzon, Genset, and Eurasanté, but currently serves as the Director of the R&D&I Department at Werfen, a position she has held since 2012. She is also a member of the board of directors of CataloniaBio & HealthTech.

Eduard López

General Director of INIBSA Group

Eduard López has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector in general management, financial management, and process and systems consulting. He is currently the General Director of the INIBSA Group. In this role, he has led INIBSA's expansion as the second-largest producer of dental anaesthesia worldwide and secured regulatory approvals in over 60 countries.
